RETURNS
Dear customers if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have purchased from our shop, you have the option of returning the product, or to change any of the items that you wish from your initial purchase within 30 calendar days since the day of arrival. Product change or product return will only be considered valid only if:
1) the product has not been used.
2) the product has not been washed.
3) the product has not been modified by the customer.
4) the customer will be able to provide a copy of the receipt of the purchased item.
The consumer is obliged to send the product in its original condition and will only be accepted for return and change, if tags/labels have not been removed from the product.
In case of a company’s error in sending the product or receiving a defective product, the shipping costs of the new order will be taken over by our company.

WITHIN CYPRUS:
Changes/Returns are only accepted either by physically attending to our shop, or by placing a delivery order to our shop via AKIS EXPRESS (address: Thessaloniki Street 43, Limassol), with a delivery fee of 2€.
EUROPE:
Upon returning products from Europe, customers must pay the cost of return. Return fees are subject to change based on country and region.
